A check voucher details button can be configured on the payment screen of the POS.
Tapping the check voucher details button prompts the user to enter or scan a voucher. The POS system then retrieves the voucher information from TouchOffice Web and displays the following voucher information in a pop up window:
Voucher code
Voucher description
Voucher name
Start date
Expiry date
Remaining balance
Spend to date
Current uses
Voucher type
Voucher status - active or not active
The print icon, on the pop up window, enables the user to print the voucher details on the POS receipt printer.

In the case of discount vouchers, the remaining balance actually represents the percentage discount value.
