Troubleshooting Google Classroom Import

Solutions for common errors you may see when importing to Google Classroom.

Written by Ebony

If your import didn't complete or you received an error message, the steps below will help you resolve the most common issues.

Make sure your Google permissions are accepted

The most common cause of import failures is incomplete Google permissions. When you first signed in to the Resource Hub using Google SSO, you were prompted to accept a set of Google permissions. If you skipped or unchecked any of those, your import may fail or come through incomplete.

To fix this: Sign out of the Resource Hub and sign back in using Google SSO. When the permissions screen appears, accept all permissions before continuing.
