Track travel statuses properly

We're sure that more than once you've missed a quote or left an email unanswered... that's why we've included in MOGU the functionality to change the status of your trips in order to better track your business.

Types of statuses

All plans will have three default statuses: pending, confirmed and paid, which each agency can use as they see fit. Premium plans will have the possibility to edit and add new statuses to further customise the experience. Typically, a trip has the following stages: pending, sent, confirmed, first payment, payment completed, cancelled, archived.

These can be changed one by one, simply by right-clicking on a trip and clicking on "change status" or several trips at once by checking them all and clicking on the top icon.

Save filters to customise your views

We have introduced the status filter which opens up the possibility to save your trip views. This means that when you search for "paid" trips, for example, you can save this filter to consult it whenever you want. This can be complemented with the user filter so that you can save for example the "pending" quotes of a specific employee and thus keep track of how the process is going.

To do this, apply the filters you need and then click on "Save filters". Give the view a name and that's it! It will be saved. When you load this page it will always show by default the complete list of trips and now you can navigate this different tabs to make quick queries.
