How to add/remove guides to a trip

The guide module is activated on the platform from the Business Plan. You will find it in the platform, in the menu on the left. There you can send a collaboration invitation to all the guides you work with so that you can assign them to your trips. This will not only allow you to give them a more professional working tool, but will also increase the agency's productivity.

Some of the main advantages of this module are the following:

  1. Knowing the travellers in advance.

    Thanks to the app, the guide will be able to meet travellers in advance. Travellers will also receive a record of the guide assigned to them, as this adds a lot of value and confidence to customers.

  2. Access to all travel documentation on the app.

    Both the guide and the travellers will have at their disposal all the documentation of the trip in the app. They will be able to access the Files section (even if they are offline and do not have an internet connection) and thus have boarding passes, hotel vouchers, excursions, travel insurance, etc. at hand.

  3. Chat available for quick and fluid communication.

    The guide no longer has to keep all the travellers' telephone numbers on his or her personal mobile phone. The app will have the telephone numbers of each traveller, as well as a chat where they can contact them in a simple and non-intrusive way. Both an individual chat and a group chat can be set up, and information of interest can be sent to all the members of a group with a single message. The app also allows you to call each traveller directly on their mobile phone.

  4. Sending notifications and alerts to travellers' mobile phones.

    This functionality will help to stay in contact with customers quickly and immediately. It is possible to schedule the sending of notifications, as well as choose who receives them thanks to the filter by tags. There are different types of notifications, each with a different purpose, and they can be combined as needed:

    • General

    • Rating

    • Alert

    • Location

    • Video

    • Survey

  5. Payment links through the app.

    The app works as a virtual POS through which you can send payment links to the clients' mobile phones and monetise the services at the destination. Among the main advantages is the convenience and security it offers, for example, to guides, who no longer have to collect cash or settle at the agency's headquarters at the end of the tour, as all payments are reflected in the agency's app.

How to add guides to a trip

First we will have to invite him/her from the "Guides" tab, where a list of the guides we have in our account will appear.

To add a guide to a specific trip we will have to go to edit the trip and in the "Settings" tab click on the "Choose guide" button:

A pop-up window will appear with the guides we have in our account, click on the one we want and that's it.

How to remove guides from a trip

If we want to remove a guide from one of our trips, we can do so by editing the trip, in the "Settings" tab and clicking on the cross:

In order to definitively delete a guide that we have saved in our account, we can do so from the "Guides" section, by clicking on the three dots that appear on the right-hand side and "Delete":

You will get a confirmation message where you can choose whether you want to remove it from your account or unassign it from all your trips:
