Independent forms allow travel agencies to collect information from their customers either before or after booking: favorite destinations, planned dates, length of stay, budget, names of passengers, allergies, activities they want to do and other information.
This information becomes essential to help travel agencies provide a high quality service to their customers, thus offering personalized attention and in turn increasing traveller satisfaction.
How to create an independent form
To create a new form, go to the "Forms" module located in the left menu of the screen. Once inside, click on the "+ New form" button:
We give the form a title and add all the questions we want to ask our customers.
Like the forms that we can create within the proposals, the stand-alone forms also have different types of questions:

How to share an independent form
To share it, just copy the link and paste it in any communication channel (for example: web / email / social networks / whatsapp).
