MICE agencies need a way to efficiently manage and store their content in order to prepare their proposals. MOGU's content library can provide an ideal solution to meet these needs, allowing agencies to easily organise and reuse their content from hotels, restaurants, etc.

Among the many important functionalities we have seen for mice agencies, in this article we show you how to compose a well-designed content library to help you save time.

1. Load content into the library

First, go to the library tab and create an itinerary:

First we will do the hotels, we will name the itinerary.

Then we add two blocks, one for 3-star hotels and one for 4-star hotels. So that within each one we will add the different options we can offer our clients.

For example, this would be one of the 3-star hotel options. I enter the name of the hotel so that all the information is loaded automatically and I also add a small description together with a table showing the different prices per room:

Once we have finalised the hotel itinerary, we can do the same with restaurants.

2. Create proposals

To use the content stored in the library to create an express proposal, simply go to Edit trip > Itinerary > Import itinerary:

In this case I will first import the hotels in Madrid:

All blocks (both 3-star and 4-star) would be imported:

And I do the same to import the restaurant options in Madrid. It is important to select the checkbox ‘Add at the end’ so that the hotels already imported do not disappear:

Once I have all the information imported, I can delete either one of the blocks or one of the options, depending on what the client has requested.

3. Send proposal to the company

4. Preparing the proposal for attendees to register

Once the company has completed the booking, the final proposal will be prepared for the attendees with all the selected options.

For this, the hotels/restaurants not chosen will have to be removed. In this example it would look like this:

This would be the result: Madrid Convention - May 2023 | Danone
