This functionality is designed so that agencies with their own product can centralize their offer and share it comfortably with their network, all within the  MOGU tool, to save time and, above all, speed up the sales process.

The way to share trips with other agencies is very simple, we can see it in these 4 steps:

Step 1: Product creation

The first thing to do is to create the products to be marketed. They can be created from scratch, from a thematic template or from any trip already created.

Please note that for now the product is merely descriptive, it serves to receive requests on which to make a specific quotation. Therefore, a product can never be booked, it can only have the lead capture form activated to receive travel requests.

Step 2: Share the products

Once you have created all the products, you can select them all at once and share them with your network. To do this you will have to click on the icon indicated and add the emails of the agencies you want to invite to collaborate. You can copy and paste all the emails at once and the system itself will differentiate them as independent emails.

With this, an invitation message will be sent with which they will have to create a guest account (free of charge) and they will be able to consult the products you have shared with them in the marketplace.

If you already collaborate with an agency, you can also add them from the selector and your product will be automatically added to their account.

If you would like to manage the accesses at an individual level, you can also do it from the product itself.

Step 4: Your agency accepts the invitation to collaborate

As mentioned above, the agency will receive an email indicating that you are inviting them to view your products.

If you do not have an account you will have to create a free one as a guest and if you already have one you will simply have to log in.

As agencies accept your invitation to collaborate, you will be able to see them in the "contacts" -> "collaborators" section.

Step 5: Your agency can see your products

The agency, from their guest account, will have access to your products and will be able to apply the filters they need. When they open the trip they are interested in, they will be able to send a request that you will be able to consult from the leads section.
