When an agency invites you to collaborate to see their trips, you will have to create a guest account, which is completely free. This account will allow you to have grouped and organized all the offers of those suppliers you are interested in working with.
Now, if you want to go a step further and take advantage of the super presentation that the supplier has shared with you to show it directly to your client, the STARTER plan is designed for you. It will allow you to create a copy of that trip, personalized with your own logo, and edit all the information you need. All the advantages are detailed below:
Advantages of the Starter plan
Customization: You will be able to customize with a click the product of your suppliers to share it with your logo to your potential customer. This way you will protect your brand and your work.
Time saving: Instead of having to create a new PDF with the DMC or wholesaler's information or ask them to send you the document in WORD format, now you will be able to edit the content without complications. Typically a starter agency edits the final price, contact details and removes any supplier information they don't want to show.
Quote management: The tool offers you a mini-crm to be able to properly track quotes. You can change the status to "pending" "confirmed" and "paid" and organize your quotes by folders at your convenience. This way you can have control and a better daily management.
How does it work?
Once you switch from the guest plan to the Starter plan (see below how to do it), you will have to follow these steps:
First of all make sure you have added your logo to your account so that all the trips you create already have your branding. You can do it from here.
In your menu, go to products. Once you know which trip you want to market, right click on it and click on "generate trip".
A copy of that trip will be opened for you to edit.
When you have it, click back and share the link to your proposal with the potential client.
All the quotes you make will be available in the menu under "travel". There you can edit the status, create folders, add tags, etc.
