Open Talent Pools from the left-hand menu. On the left side of the page, you'll see your company structure, including the departments and units you have access to. Below that is the list of available Talent Pools. If you have access to multiple departments or units, click a department or unit in the left-hand panel to view the Talent Pools available within that department or unit.
Create a Talent Pool
To create a new Talent Pool, select an existing pool and click Add New Talent Pool.
Complete the setup by following these steps:
Enter an Internal Name that is visible only to business users.
Select the Department and Company where the Talent Pool should be created.
Click Next to configure Talent Pool attributes, or click Continue to skip this step.
Enter the Displayed Name, which will be visible to talents.
Click Continue to create a new talent pool.
Newly created sub-pools automatically inherit the process configuration of their parent Talent Pool. You can create as many Talent Pools as needed and organize them to match your recruitment or staffing structure.
Note: If the parent Talent Pool already contains talents, creating a new sub-pool automatically makes the Add to Talent Pool action available for those talent profiles. Use this action to move talents into the appropriate sub-pool and keep your Talent Pools well organized.
Update Talent Pool Settings
To edit an existing Talent Pool, click Manage Pool.
From the Talent Pool editor, you can:
Update the internal and displayed names.
Add or edit Talent Pool attributes.
Configure the Talent Pool team.
Share the Talent Pool with other departments.
Configure the Talent Pool process.
Under Shared Access, select the departments that should have access to the Talent Pool. Users in those departments can view candidates and collaborate within the shared Talent Pool.
The Talent Pool Manager section allows you to assign the users responsible for the Talent Pool. These users receive notifications about Talent Pool activity, including new candidates, messages from talents, and process status updates.
More Actions
Click More actions in the upper-right corner to:
Set up the Talent Pool process.
Duplicate the Talent Pool.
Delete the Talent Pool.
Important: Only sub-pools can be deleted. Top-level Talent Pools cannot be removed. Deleting a sub-pool permanently removes all candidates it contains.
Allow Talents to Join the Talent Pool
Enable Let talents reach out themselves to join this pool to allow candidates to apply directly to the Talent Pool through your configured career page.
