As you might be aware on the 16th of July we are migrating to a new e-money provider. As part of the migration we are sending you a new card. This migration is an important step to allow us improve our service offering
When Will I Get My Card?
On the 15th of July you should have received an email and a notification in your app to let you know that your card is in the post and on it's way to you.
We expect your card to be delivered at the very latest by the 18th of July
What if I Don't Receive My Card by the Expecting Delivery Date?
We expect all cards to be delivered by the 18th of July. However, there is always the possibility of delays. If you do not get your card then you should contact support immediately and ask to speak to an agent. We will do our best to work with An Post and trace your card.
