The Moovs Driver App gives drivers a stop-by-stop shuttle manifest before, during, and after a route. The manifest shows who is boarding or disembarking at each stop, important booking details, and each party's current journey status.
Open a shuttle manifest
Open the Moovs Driver App and select Shuttling.
Select the assigned fixed-route or Shared Shuttle trip.
Open the stop list:
Before the trip: Under Trip Route, select View Stop Plan.
During the trip: Open the trip menu and select View All Stops.
After the trip: Open the completed assignment and select View Stop History.
The All Stops view shows the route in order and identifies pending, active, completed, or skipped stops.
Review passengers at each stop
Stops with bookings contain separate Boarding and Disembarking sections. Depending on the booking information provided, a manifest entry can include:
Booking contact and total passenger count
Individual passenger names and passenger types
A passenger-type breakdown when individual names were not entered
Luggage count and other booked items
Passenger phone number
Customer notes
Requested or expected pickup time
Tracked airline, flight number, and flight time
ADA indicator
Boarded, No Show, or Disembarked status
ADA bookings display a wheelchair icon and highlighted passenger name so accessibility needs are easier to identify.
Use contact details and notes
Tap a passenger's phone number to call them.
Select See note to expand customer notes, then Hide note to collapse them.
Tap a URL in a note to open it.
Press and hold selectable trip text when you need to copy it.
Update boarding and disembarking
When the vehicle arrives at a stop, the active trip screen displays the passengers scheduled for that stop.
Mark an arriving passenger or party as Boarded.
Use No Show when the passenger does not board.
At the destination, mark the passenger or party as Disembarked.
When available, use Board all or Disembark all to update every eligible party at the stop.
If you make a change before departing, use the available undo option to correct it.
The manifest updates the journey-status badges as these actions are completed.
Scan a boarding pass
After selecting Arrived at the stop, select Scan Boarding Pass.
Scan the passenger's Moovs shuttle QR code.
Review the confirmation message and select Confirm Check-In.
Confirming the scan checks in the passenger and updates the vehicle occupancy count.
Depart the stop
Before selecting Depart, confirm that all passengers at the current stop have been handled. Depending on the route setup, Moovs may require you to:
Resolve every boarding passenger as Boarded or No Show.
Resolve every departing passenger as Disembarked.
Enter passenger counts for boarded, disembarked, refused boarding, and current occupancy.
If Moovs displays an unresolved-passenger message, return to the passenger list and complete or correct the remaining status before departing.
When details are missing
The Driver App can only show information included with the shuttle booking. If individual passenger names are unavailable, the manifest shows the booking contact and passenger-type breakdown when available. Missing luggage, notes, phone, flight, or ADA details must be corrected by the operator in the shuttle booking. See Create and manage Shuttle bookings in Operator.
For transportation operators: Moovs Shuttle is an Enterprise-only paid feature. To purchase or enable it for your account, contact Moovs Sales. Sales handles Shuttle pricing and enablement.
