Step 1: Send an Email to Your Moovs Affiliate's Unique Email Address
To submit a farm-out request, simply send an email to your Moovs Affiliate's unique email address. You can obtain this email address by reaching out to your affiliate directly. The email address will typically follow this format: [Moovs-Affiliate-Name]@moovsaffiliate.com
Step 2: Attach the Affiliate Trip Sheet PDF
In the body of the email, include an attached Affiliate Trip Sheet PDF that contains the relevant trip information, including the pick-up and drop-off addresses, pick-up date and time, vehicle type, and passenger name. Double-check that all fields are properly filled out to ensure a smooth booking process.
Step 3: Send the Email
Once you have included the necessary information in the email and attached the Affiliate Trip Sheet PDF, simply send the email to your Moovs Affiliate's unique email address.
