Booking a Seat on the Moovs Shuttle App

Introduction

Welcome to the Moovs Shuttle App! This is the platform your passengers use to sign up, log in, and directly book your seat on our vehicles. With a user-friendly interface and straightforward steps, passengers can reserve seats in just a few taps.

1. Accessing the Shuttle App Link

Accessing the 'Shuttle App' Section

  • Open the Moovs app.

  • Navigate to the the "Company" tab in the Contact section.

  • Click the corresponding entity (e.g., "Deloitte").

  • Copy the "Shuttle Link" and open it in a new tab.

2. Scheduling Your Trip

Selecting a Date

  • Browse through the calendar and pick a date you wish to reserve a seat for.

Choosing Shuttle Type and Location

  • Decide if you want a:

    • Pick-up AND Return

    • Only pick-up to office

    • Only return from office

  • Specify your desired pick-up location, such as "Powell BART Station, Powell Street, San Francisco, CA, USA."

Setting Your Pick-up Time

  • Based on available time slots, choose a convenient pick-up time (e.g., "8:00 AM").

3. Finalizing Your Reservation

Reviewing Trip Details

  • Ensure your chosen date, pick-up location, and time are correct.

  • Check the cost associated with the trip, if applicable.

Confirming Your Booking

  • After reviewing all details, finalize and confirm your reservation.

  • You will receive a confirmation, and the trip will appear in your "Reservations" or similar section.
