In this video, we'll explore how to conduct an individual search for either a loan officer or a real estate agent.

Search for a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)

From the dashboard, you'll notice that you can initiate a Loan Officer search on the left-hand side. Click on "search," and enter either an NMLS ID or a loan officer's name.

After entering the ID, click "search," and the corresponding name is retrieved. Now, click on the name, select your markets (you can choose all states), save your selection, pick a date range (e.g., year-to-date), and hit "refresh."

Now you can see detailed information about the loan officer's performance, including the number of loans and the total volume in the U.S. for the specified period. You can click on the "contact info" button for additional contact details

For a more general search without a specific person in mind, an advanced search can be performed by clicking on "advanced search." Choose your market, set your criteria, and hit "refresh" to generate a targeted list. This list can be exported to Excel for further use.

Search for Real Estate Agents

Searching for real estate agents follows a similar process. Click on the "Real Estate Agent Report" section, then on "Search." You can enter a real estate agent's name and review the results.

If you want to explore the agents associated with a specific agency, type the agency's name, hit "refresh," and see a list of associated agents. Clicking on an agent's name allows you to select markets, set date ranges, and explore their performance metrics.

Whether searching for individual loan officers or real estate agents or compiling a list based on specific criteria, these methods offer flexibility and efficiency.
