The Real Estate Agent Profile Dashboard can be found under the "Profiles" Dashboard in our Market Intelligence BI Dashboarding Tool.

In the Real Estate Agent Profile dashboard, you can view origination data for individual or groups of agents.

Use Cases

There are a lot of ways to use this dashboard, including:

  • Viewing buy/sell/listing data for real estate agents you work with

  • Viewing buy/sell/listing for agents you want to work with

  • Finding real estate agents already working with your target segments

  • Understanding an agent's partners—LOs, lenders, brokers, etc.

  • And more

Here's how to use this Real Estate Agent Profile Dashboard.

Choose A Real Estate Agent

In the "Agent selector" tab, choose the agent(s) of interest.

Step 1: Use the global filters to narrow down the list of agents in the bottom table. See detailed filtering options below. You can filter by geography, buyer/seller, property type, and more—and then sort by listing count or MMCT/LMI percentages.

Step 2: The filtered list from the table will populate in the agent selection dropdown. Choose one or more agents to focus on. The data in the rest of the dashboard will be filtered to just the selected agent(s).

Step 3 (Optional): Further filter the agent results by certain offices.

Once the agent(s) is/are chosen in the top dropdown, you can view the "Listings" and "Affiliates" tabs, which will reflect the chosen agent(s).

Listings

The "Listings" tab is where you can view listing data for the selected agent(s). This data is also filtered by the global filters at the top. These filters can be turned off or changed in this view to customize the data displayed in the tables and charts.

Listings at a Glance

This table shows listings for the selected agent(s), based on the chosen filters. In the above screenshot, we're seeing listings for one chosen lender (name blurred), only in 2024, and only listings for residential properties.

Originations By County

Based on geographic filters and where the agent's listings are, this map will zoom and display listings (again, just for this individual agent) as a heat map, with darker counties indicating higher listing counts.

Trend of Listing Count

In the bottom table, we're seeing (again, just for this individual lender) listings by quarter categorized by certain characteristics. This chart can be adjust to show by month or by year.

The second dropdown is where you choose which parameter you want the chart segmented by. For example, CRA eligible, loan type (shown above), MMCT, and more.

Affiliates

The "Affiliates" tab is where you can see LOs and lenders the selected agent(s) has/have worked with, that apply under the global filters. Again, you can adjust these filters from this view to change the data displayed.

Our selected lender (name blurred) has several LOs with a high number of loans in the selected time period (2024) and that fall under the global filter parameters (residential).

The agent has worked with brokers LOs from Lennar Mortgage, DHI, and other lenders.
