This is a guide on how to use the Real Estate Agent Profile in Mortgage MarketSmart.
1. Open the Real Estate Agent Profile
From the landing screen, click the Profiles tile
Click the three lines next to the Mortgage MarketSmart icon to expand the screen
Select Real Estate Agent Profile
2. Select Your Market and Time Period for Agent Performance Analysis
Click on 'Real Estate Agent Profile'
Choose the market (e.g., Seattle)
Select the time range (e.g., last 12 months)
Open the Agent Selector to load top agents
3. Review Top Real Estate Agents and Compare Their Listing Activity
View agent names, offices, and total listings
See listings as listing agent or buyer agent
Check average list price and contact information
Analyze Listings by Location and Loan Type
Scroll to the right to check percent of listings in MMCTs, MBCTs, Hispanic, Asian census tracts
Review activity in LMI and CRA census tracts
See government vs. conventional loan breakdown
4. Export Real Estate Agent Data to Excel for Reporting and Review
Click the share button and select Excel
The file replicates the table on-screen
Save the file with clear details including market, timeframe, and date
5. Identify Loan Officers, Lenders, and Builders Connected to a Selected Agent
Select a specific agent from the dropdown
Go to the Relationships tab to see loan officers and lenders connected to the agent
Check builders associated with the agent
Filter Listings for Specific Needs
Open the Listings Export tab
Filter by status (e.g., Active) to narrow down properties
Use links to verify property details and prepare for follow-up
6. Reset Filters and Return to the Full Top Agents Table
Remove the selected agent using the filter slash button
Clear any additional filters
Return to the complete top agents table
