The SMS Manager is a user-friendly and efficient tool designed to facilitate monitoring, sending, and receiving messages with your customers. Accessing it is straightforward: navigate to the 'Messaging' tab and select 'SMS Manager' from the dropdown menu.

Once in the SMS Manager view, users can easily search for customers, send messages, and receive replies. The tool maintains a two-way record of communication between you and your customers. To send a message, simply search for the customer by their name or telephone number, enter the message in the chat box, and click 'send'. Any replies received will be displayed in the chat window.

Users have the capability to edit a customer's name, contact number, and company name directly from the edit panel. To do so, locate the pencil icon next to the customer's name and click on it.

Make the necessary changes, and then press 'save' to update the details accordingly.
