Adding the Queued Messages Tab for Customers
If the tab is not visible:
Open the customer account.
Click the Action button in the top-right corner of the window and select Configure Tabs.
In the Edit Tabs dialog:
Drag Sales Queued Messages from the Inactive Tabs list to your desired position in the Active Tabs list.
Click Save.
This will add the Queued Messages tab, which displays a list of pending messages for the selected customer.
The list shows details about the queued messages.
The Will Send column indicates if there are issues preventing a message from being sent or not, such as:
Missing customer contact details (e.g., no email address).
Invalid customer messaging settings.
For example, the two EMAIL messages in the list above will not be sent due to incorrect customer messaging settings.
To resolve this, click the Edit Customer button to open the Edit Customer dialog.
In this example, the EMAILs have the No Consent Type, while the customer's messaging setting is set to Default (YES). To resolve this, change the setting to Yes and save the changes by clicking the Save Customer button at the bottom of the dialog.
This will refresh the Queued Messages tab.
Displaying that these messages will now be sent.
