Managing Customer Communication Consents
You can manage customer communication consents through the Customer Communication Consent tab or the Consent Information Overview Card.
Accessing the Customer Communication Consent Tab
If the tab is missing, use Configure Tabs to add it.
Drag Communication Consent option to the Active Tabs section.

Adding Consent
To record consent (verbal or written) click New or Add Consent as shown on the Communication Consent tab or Customer overview. You can record multiple types and methods of consent simultaneously, but ensure verbal and written consents are added separately.
Revoking Consent
To revoke consent:
Open the Customer Communication Consent tab in the customer detail component.
Select the consent record and click Revoke.
