Overview
The Semble integration lets enabled users search Semble patients and push clinical notes from Motics.
Semble is an EHR integration. Motics allows only one active EHR provider at a time, so enabling Semble may disable another active EHR integration such as Cliniko or Nookal.
What you need
A Semble account.
A Semble Public API token for production setup.
Motics access to Settings -> Integrations.
Connect Semble
Open Settings.
Go to Integrations.
Open Semble.
Enter your Semble API token.
Save the integration.
Confirm Semble shows as connected.
What Semble supports
When connected, Semble can be used for:
Patient search.
Note push to Semble records.
Troubleshooting
If Semble does not connect:
Confirm the API token was copied correctly.
Confirm the token belongs to the correct Semble environment.
Confirm your Semble account has the required access for patients and records.
If another EHR is currently active, switch intentionally rather than leaving multiple EHR integrations half-enabled.
