Overview
Audit Agent can support governance audits across multiple clinicians where organisation permissions allow it. This is useful for documentation quality, training, consistency, and clinical governance review.
Who can run multi-clinician audits?
Multi-clinician audit access depends on role and organisation permissions. It is generally an owner/admin-level workflow.
Example multi-clinician audit
A rehab lead might audit all rehab clinicians over a defined date range, using a template that checks documentation standards such as assessment, plan, safety-netting, consent, red flags, and follow-up.
Setup steps
Open Audit Agent.
Click New Audit.
Choose the governance template or regulatory preset.
Select the clinicians or users to include if the option appears.
Choose the date range.
Select source material.
Review and run the audit.
Use a focused template
For organisation audits, avoid overly broad templates. A focused template produces clearer training and governance actions.
Interpreting clinician comparisons
Clinician comparison views can show patterns by criteria. Use them to identify support needs, template gaps, or documentation habits. Do not treat a single audit as a final judgement without reviewing source sessions and context.
Follow-up actions
Review criteria below threshold.
Inspect example sessions for context.
Update documentation templates or training if gaps are common.
Rerun the same audit later to check improvement.
Export results if you need a governance record.
When to split audits
Split audits by team, date range, clinic, or template when the run is very large or when you need more focused interpretation.
