Our Race Guides are specifically designed and optimized for 5K and Half Marathon training. If you’re training for another distance, the structure won’t align perfectly with your race goals.
That said, you can absolutely adapt the guides at your discretion—many runners find the combination of effort-based runs, strength training, and recovery days helpful no matter the distance. Just keep in mind that you may need to adjust mileage or pacing to best fit your target race.
