Yes! Our Race Guides are beginner-friendly and designed to support you no matter where you're starting from. If you're new to running, we recommend starting with the Beginner version of either distance (5K or Half Marathon), which builds your endurance gradually with a smart mix of walking, running, and strength training.
The goal isn’t to run fast right away—it’s to help you build consistency, confidence, and the stamina to complete your race feeling strong. The guided runs use effort-based coaching (RPE), so you can go at a pace that feels right for your body. We also include strength workouts to support your movement and reduce injury risk.
