If you’re not receiving emails from us, don’t worry — this is usually a quick fix! We want to make sure you stay in the loop and don’t miss anything important.
Step 1: Check your spam or junk folder
Sometimes emails can be filtered there by mistake.
If you find an email from Moves there, open it and mark it as “Not Spam”
This helps your inbox deliver future emails correctly
Step 2: Add Moves to your contacts
Adding us as a contact tells your email provider that you trust our emails.

Step 3: Check other inbox tabs/folders
Depending on your email provider, emails may land in different places:
Gmail
Check Promotions, Social, and Updates
Drag the email into your Primary tab
Outlook / Hotmail
Check Junk Email and Other tabs
Right click the email → mark as Not Junk
Yahoo
Check Spam folder
Click “Not Spam” on any Moves email
Step 4: Search your inbox
Try searching:
“Moves”
“Move Together”
Or our email address
Sometimes emails are there — just harder to spot!
Still not receiving anything?
If emails aren’t in spam or any folders, they may be getting blocked before they reach you.
Here are a few things to check:
Make sure you signed up for our newsletter here with your correct email address
Check if you’ve unsubscribed from our emails in the past
Some work or school email addresses may block external emails, so sign up with your personal email address if possible!
