If you requested a password reset but the email hasn't arrived, a few quick checks resolve almost all cases:
Check spam, junk, and promotions folders. Reset emails sometimes get filtered — search your inbox for "Moves" or "password reset."
Confirm the email address. Make sure it matches the email on your Moves account and has no typos. A reset link is only sent if the address matches an existing account.
Give it a few minutes. Delivery can take 5–10 minutes — wait before trying again.
Request a fresh link. If nothing arrived, request the reset again — only the most recent link works.
