If you completed your macro assessment but never received your macro count by email, don't worry — this is usually a quick fix. Work through the steps below.
Step 1: Check your spam or junk folder
Macro emails are sent from no-reply@movesapp.com. They sometimes land in spam, especially if it's your first email from us.
Search your inbox for "macros" or "Move Together"
Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders
If found, mark it as "Not Spam" so future emails reach your inbox
Step 2: Confirm the right email address
Macros are sent to the email address on your Moves account — not necessarily the one you check most often.
Open the Moves App → Profile → check your account email
Search that email address's inbox for the macro email
Step 3: Confirm your assessment was submitted
Macros are only sent after your intake assessment is received and processed. If you didn't complete the assessment, or started it but didn't submit, you won't have macros on file.
⚠️ Deadline reminder: The macro assessment must be submitted by the deadline listed in your challenge welcome email. Assessments submitted after the deadline may not be processed.
Step 4: Check the timing
After submitting your assessment, allow 2–5 business days for your custom macro count to be calculated and emailed. If it's been less than 5 business days since you submitted, hang tight — it's on its way.
Step 5: Still nothing? Contact us
If you've checked all of the above and still can't find your macros, our team can look into it and resend them.
When you reach out, please include:
The email address on your Moves account
The Move Together challenge you purchased (e.g., Spring 2026)
Confirmation that you submitted the intake assessment
Contact us at support@movesapp.com — our team is happy to resend your macro count or confirm whether your assessment was received.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: My macro email came but I deleted it — can I get it again?
Yes! Contact support@movesapp.com and we can resend it. Note: after the challenge concludes, macros are no longer stored in the app, so the email is your long-term record — save it somewhere safe!
Q: I see macros in the app but not by email — which is correct?
Both should match. During an active challenge, your macros are viewable under Programs → Challenges → [your challenge] → Macros tab. After the challenge ends, only the email version persists.
Q: I missed the assessment deadline — can I still get my macros?
Typically, no but reach out to support and we'll let you know what options are available for your specific challenge.
