Your Weekly Suggestions — three dinners, one lunch, and one snack — refresh once a week. Here's when they update, and what to do so a suggestion you like doesn't slip away before you get to it.
When do new suggestions arrive?
New suggestions go out weekly on Sundays. They are located in the Meals tab, right underneath the search bar. Scroll to the side to see all the suggestions for that week.
Do I have to plan on Sunday to use them?
No. Weekly Suggestions aren't tied to a particular day for you to use them — there will always be five waiting whenever you open the Meals tab, whether that's Sunday morning, Wednesday night, or whatever day fits your week.
The one thing to remember: add them to My Plan
Suggestions you don't add to My Plan get replaced when the next week's suggestions are posted. So if you like to grocery shop and prep in one sitting, tap your picks into My Plan as soon as you see them, rather than waiting until you're ready to cook. Once a recipe is in My Plan, it's yours to cook whenever works for you — it won't disappear.
To add a recipe to your plan from the Weekly Suggestions, click the ⊕ symbol on top of the recipe card.
💡 Tip: Weekly Suggestions are meant to set you up for the week ahead. If you're adding recipes for the days coming up, make sure last week's picks already made it into your plan too — otherwise those are what get cycled out.
What if I miss a week?
You're never left without something to cook. A new set of five suggestions is there for you every week, so even if last week didn't go as planned, this week starts you off fresh.
And Weekly Suggestions are just a starting point, not a limit — you can add any recipe from the full library to My Plan at any time, so your week is never restricted to only what's suggested.
