Subscription Billing

Automatic Billing: Moves App will charge your selected payment method each billing cycle, which can be either monthly or yearly, on the same date you originally signed up. Your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel it.

Full Access to Features and Programs

All-Inclusive Access: Regardless of the subscription type you choose, you will have full access to all available features and programs within the Moves App while your subscription is active. This includes new workouts, progress tracking, and all the unique programs designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Cancellation Policy

Continued Access Until Expiration: If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will still have access to your account and all content within the Moves App for the remainder of your billing cycle. Once your subscription expires, you will no longer have access to any content, including any weeks you have already completed. This is consistent with standard subscription models and the terms of use agreed to at the time of purchase.

If you choose to reactivate your subscription later using the same email and without deleting your account, your data and progress tracking will be preserved.

Agreement to Fees and Charges

Automatic Renewal: By subscribing to Moves App, you agree that the subscription fees and any other related charges will be billed automatically to the payment method you provided on the renewal date of your term.

No Usage-Based Refunds: Subscription fees will apply regardless of whether or not you use your subscription during the billing cycle. This ensures continuous access to all features and programs offered by the Moves App.

Managing Your Subscription

To cancel your Moves App subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the app and tap on your profile icon located on the toolbar.

  2. Select "Manage Subscriptions." Depending on where you originally subscribed—via Apple, Android, or the Moves website—the app will direct you to the appropriate platform to complete your cancellation.

    Your Moves account and subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You can also review your billing information by clicking the profile icon, then Billing Information. Additionally, you can update your payment method, view your billing history, and cancel your subscription if needed.

    Please keep in mind that if you purchased your subscription through the Apple Store or Google Play, you will need to manage your subscription directly with those providers. For platform-specific instructions or additional details, consult the in-app help section.
