Here’s everything you need to know about billing, access, and managing your Moves App subscription.
Automatic Billing
Your subscription (monthly or yearly) is billed automatically to the payment method you provided on the date you signed up.
Your subscription continues until you choose to cancel.
Full Access While Subscribed
All-Inclusive Access: No matter which plan you pick, you’ll have full access to all features, workouts, and programs while your subscription is active.
Enjoy new workouts, progress tracking, and unique programs designed to help you reach your goals.
Cancellation Policy
Access Until End of Billing Cycle: If you cancel, you’ll still have access for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Learn more here.
After Expiration: Once your subscription ends, content will no longer be accessible, including completed workouts.
Reactivating: If you restart your subscription later with the same email, your progress and data are preserved. Learn more here. Your workout history, progress, and one-off purchases (e.g., Move Together / Tighter Together challenges) remain saved in your account even after cancellation.
Switching Plans During Reactivation: While reactivating, you can choose between Monthly and Yearly plans to better suit your needs. Learn more here.
Free Trial Cancellation: If you cancel during a free trial, you will retain access to the app and its features until the trial expiration date. You will not be charged as long as the cancellation is completed within the trial period.
Free trials are available to new members only, one per email address. If you've already used your trial previously and are resubscribing, your payment method will be charged immediately at sign-up. No additional trial period will be applied.
Duplicate Subscriptions: Canceling a duplicate subscription, such as one through the Apple App Store, does not affect your direct Moves subscription or your saved data.
Fees & Charges
By subscribing, you agree to automatic billing each renewal period.
Subscription fees apply regardless of usage during the billing cycle. This ensures uninterrupted access to all programs and features.
Managing Your Subscription
Open the Moves App → tap Profile → select Manage Subscriptions.
You’ll be directed to the correct platform depending on how you subscribed (Apple, Android, or Moves website).
Here, you can cancel, update your payment method, and review billing history.
Switching Subscription Types: If you wish to switch from an in-app subscription to a web-based plan, wait until your current subscription expires. Then, sign up on the Moves website using the same email address to ensure your data and history are preserved. Your workout streaks will also remain intact. After switching, log back into the Moves App to restore access to your workout history and maintain continuity. Additionally, note that the billing source will change from Apple/Google to direct Moves billing, but this does not affect your account data. Learn more here.
Troubleshooting Subscription Issues: If you cancel your subscription but still see it marked as active, it may indicate a backend issue. Contact Moves App support to resolve the problem and ensure your account reflects the correct status.
💡 Note: If you purchased through the Apple Store or Google Play, you’ll manage your subscription directly with those providers. Learn more here.
