Understanding Your Moves App Subscription
The Moves App is a subscription-based service. Your selected payment method is charged automatically each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) on the same date you originally signed up. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, please note that you will still have access to your account for the remainder of your billing cycle. However, once your subscription expires, you will no longer have access to any content within the Moves App. This includes any weeks you have already completed, as well as full guides and training programs.
Subscribers are responsible for managing their subscriptions. To cancel, you must do so on the platform where you originally signed up (more details below) and ensure that the cancellation is requested before the end of the billing period to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Refunds are not provided for missed or failed cancellations, change of mind, unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or similar events, unless required by law.
In-App Purchase Subscriptions (Apple or Google)
If your subscription was purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel directly with them. Moves cannot process billing changes for in-app purchases.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: What happens to the Tighter Together challenges I purchased if I cancel my subscription?
A: If you cancel your subscription, you will lose full access to subscription-based content, including Tighter Together challenges. Without an active subscription, you will have view-only access to your purchased challenges and won’t be able to log workouts. One-time purchases or completed challenges tied to your account will remain visible, but interactive features are unavailable until you resubscribe.
Q: What’s the difference between deleting my account and canceling my subscription?
Canceling your subscription: Stops future charges but keeps your account and all historical data. You can return later and pick up where you left off.
Deleting your account: Permanently removes your account and all data, including workout history, subscriptions, and one-time purchases. This action cannot be undone, and it does not automatically cancel billing — you must cancel your subscription separately.
Q: If I cancel and want to come back later, how do I do that?
A: Simply resubscribe using the same email address. Your account and workout history will still be there, so you can pick up right where you left off.
Q: Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
A: At this time, Moves does not offer a pause option. Canceling stops future charges, but you’ll still have access until the end of your billing period. You can always resubscribe when you’re ready.
