Understanding Your Moves App Subscription
The Moves App is a subscription-based service that charges your selected payment method each billing cycle, either monthly or yearly, on the same date you originally signed up. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you choose to cancel it. Regardless of the type of subscription you choose, you will have full access to all features and programs within the Moves App for the duration of your active subscription.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, please note that you will still have access to your account for the remainder of your billing cycle. However, once your subscription expires, you will no longer have access to any content within the Moves App. This includes any weeks you have already completed, as well as full guides and training programs.
Subscribers are responsible for managing their subscriptions. To cancel, you must do so on the platform where you originally signed up (more details below) and ensure that the cancellation is requested before the end of the billing period to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Refunds are not provided for missed or failed cancellations, change of mind, unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or similar events, unless required by law.
Website Subscriptions
If you initially subscribed through the Moves App website, you can complete the following steps:
Step 1: Login to your account.
You can click here or go to the login page on our website.
Step 1: Click your profile photo, then Billing Information.
Step 2: Click "cancel" to cancel your subscription.
App Subscriptions
Step 1: Go to Profile.
Step 2: Select Manage Subscription.
Step 3: Click on Manage Subscription again.
Step 4: Go to Profile Photo.
Step 5: Navigate to Billing Information.
Step 6: Select "Cancel"
In-App Purchase Subscriptions from Apple
If you have purchased your subscription through the app via Apple/iTunes, you will need to cancel with Apple by following their instructions: How to Cancel an In-App Purchase Subscription.
