Navigating the Moves App

Moves is designed to keep your life simple. At the bottom of the app, you’ll find the three main tabs you’ll use to navigate: Home, Programs, and Profile.

Home

The Home screen greets you with today’s date in a 7-day calendar and displays your workout for the day, along with a demo of all the app’s key features.

  • Tap the top-right corner to view and manage your workout calendar—edit, move, or remove sessions as needed.

  • View your streaks, which track consecutive days of completed workouts. Streaks are a fun way to stay motivated and celebrate consistency!

Programs Tab

  • Explore: Discover all available programs and tap any to learn more.

  • My Programs: View and manage programs you’re currently following or have started.


Profile Tab

  • Track your fitness progress—see total weight lifted, completed workouts, and average workout duration.

  • Manage and edit your account profile.

  • Refer Friends to Moves! When your friend subscribes, you and your friend will each receive $5 in account credits.

  • View any workouts you’ve marked as a favorite.

  • Manage your subscription and billing information.

  • Need help or have questions? Tap Support to chat directly with our Customer Experience team.

  • Notice something unusual in the app? Tap Report a Bug to let us know so we can investigate and fix it.
