Can I Request a Refund for Tighter Together?

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so here’s what you need to know about refunds for Tighter Together:

Because you receive immediate access to our digital resources (like the challenge manual and recipe guide) as soon as you purchase, we aren’t able to accept returns on Tighter Together. Since these resources can’t be returned once delivered, all purchases are final and we’re not able to issue refunds or credits.

Can’t Start Right Away? No Problem!

The good news is that your purchase still gives you flexibility:

  • Non-subscribers: You’ll have 6 months of full access to the program before it transitions to view-only mode. This means you can start the challenge whenever it works best for you within that window—no pressure!

  • Subscribers: You’ll keep full access to the challenge (including logging features) for as long as your Moves membership remains active.
