Common issue with eSIM
eSIM not installing: Scanning your eSIM installation QR code gives you an error. Replacing your eSIM may resolve this issue.
Switching devices: You want to switch your Panda Mobile service to a new device. Generating a new eSIM then scanning it with your new device will switch devices.
Steps to generate a new eSIM
Ensure network connection: Make sure your device is connected to WiFi before starting.
Log into your portal: Access your account on our portal
Locate your active line: On the landing page, look for the active line that needs the eSIM replacement. Click the '+' icon to manage the line, then select 'Change SIM'.
Select eSIM: Choose eSIM as your SIM type.
Verify One Time Pin (OTP). OTP will be triggered through your registered email. Verify the 6 digits OTP.
Scan the QR code: Use your new device to scan the QR code and install the eSIM.
Old eSIM Deactivation. Your old eSIM will automatically stop working once the new one is set up successfully.
