Keeping your Moxee Mobile account information up to date is essential. Follow these steps to update your name, email address, and password:
Update your Name or Email Address
Sign in to your portal.
Click the arrow in the light teal box at the upper left of your landing page.
Go to My Profile. Under Personal Information, you can modify your name or email address by clicking Edit.
Once you’ve made your changes, click Save to update your information.
Change your Password
Sign in to your Portal.
Click the arrow in the light teal box at the upper left of your landing page.
Go to My Profile. Under Security, you can modify or reset your password by clicking Edit.
Once you’ve made your changes, click Save to update your password.
