As we deal in used gear, items may not always include all original accessories. However, our ‘What’s included’ section clearly outlines exactly what will arrive in the box — whether it’s lens caps, batteries, or other essentials. We strongly recommend reviewing this section carefully before making a purchase to ensure the item includes everything you need.

Please note that the following issues are covered under our 14-day returns policy, during which a replacement can be arranged. However, they are not covered by our 6-month warranty:
