Checkout Information

How to check out on MPB- what information you’ll need to enter and how to choose your shipping and payment options.

How do I checkout?

When you have added the desired items to your basket, click the ‘basket’ icon on the top right of your screen, after that select ‘Checkout Now’.

You’ll then be prompted to log in or check out as a guest. See the benefits of checking out with an account here.

Next, you will be taken to the checkout page, where you will be prompted to enter the following information:

Your Details

This will include personal information such as your name, surname, phone number and email address.

The phone number and email address which you enter will be used to provide shipping confirmations and will be shared with the courier for delivery notifications.

For security purposes, the information entered cannot be amended after checking out.

Billing Address

Here, you will enter your billing address, which is the address that is tied to your bank card and used for online purchases.

Please ensure that your billing address correctly matches that of your bank card.

Shipping Details

Under shipping details, you can enter the address of which you would like the items to be delivered to.

All orders from MPB must be delivered to residential or business addresses. Our courier partners do not deliver to PO boxes, mailbox services or freight forwarding services.

Add Product Protection

You can add Extended Product Protection, powered by XCover, to extend our existing free MPB twelve-month warranty for malfunctions and defects for up to three years.

What is Xcover product protection?

You can now add Extended Product Protection, powered by XCover, to extend our existing free MPB twelve-month warranty for malfunctions and defects for up to three years. Extended Product Protection also covers any accidental damage to your kit—including spills, drops and cracks—from the day you receive it.

Simply add two-year or three-year Extended Product Protection at checkout.

Please note that you cannot add Extended Product Protection after completing a purchase. For more information, see here.

Payment

Finally, you can now enter your payment information and relevant payment type.

Which payment methods can I use?

All payments must be made on MPB. We cannot accept payment over the phone. You can pay with:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Paypal

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

You must use a single payment method. We can’t split payments across multiple cards.

What happens after my order is placed?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email which will instruct on next steps.

Your order will be processed and authorised by your bank. Sometimes we run security checks on transactions. If this happens, you’ll receive a further secure verification link from security-uk@mpb.com.

Are items in my basket reserved?

Items aren't reserved in your basket - to avoid disappointment, we recommend checking out as soon as you're ready.

Do you take payments over the phone?

For your security, MPB does not accept payments over the phone.

Why is my payment not being accepted?

If your payment isn’t going through, double-check that your billing address matches the one linked to your card. We recommend checking your banking app or with your bank directly to confirm.

For security reasons, a payment may not be authorised if the billing address does not match that of the card being used.

Are there Financing options available?

MPB doesn’t offer in-house financing. However, if you choose PayPal at checkout, you may see PayPal Credit or Pay Later as an option, depending on your PayPal account and eligibility.

PayPal Credit

PayPal Credit is like a credit card, without the plastic. It’s a credit limit that sits alongside your PayPal account, which you can use for your online purchases.

Do you offer Discounts, Gift Cards or store credit?

We offer discounts for NHS, emergency services, military, charity workers, students, and educators. Find them on our Promos page. We don’t offer gift cards or store credit.

Why was I charged if my order or payment failed?

If your payment fails, you may still see a pending charge. That’s a temporary hold placed by your bank or payment provider. MPB doesn’t collect these funds, and they usually disappear in 2–3 business days.

This process is handled by your bank or provider — MPB isn’t able to speed it up, but we recommend contacting them directly if the hold lasts more than 2–3 business days.
