What you’ll need to provide

When arranging your free collection or drop off for your kit, you will be asked to enter:

Shipping Address

A UK residential or business address is required, even if you’re using drop-off. This is in case your items need to be returned.

Number of Boxes

This refers to the number of outer parcels. For example:

  • 3 parcels = select 3 boxes

  • Multiple items in a single box = select 1 box

Labelling Your Parcel

For Home Collections

  • You’ll receive an MPB label with your TX (transaction) number, barcode and our address

  • No printer? No problem. You can write your TX number and address clearly on the box

For Drop-off

  • You’ll receive:

  • An MPB label

  • A DPD label and/or QR code

  • QR code: take it to a DPD shop that offers in-store label printing

  • No printer and no QR code support at your local shop? You’ll need to print and attach the label before dropping off

Do all DPD Drop-off Shops support printerless drop-off?

Not all drop-off shops accept QR codes. To check:

  1. Enter your postcode

  2. Filter for shops with the 2D barcode label printing

  • Shops with a QR Code icon = printerless drop-off supported

  • Shops without the icon = printed label required

We recommend checking in advance for a smooth experience.

Further Information

How long does it take for my package to arrive at MPB?

Parcels typically arrive at MPB within 1-2 working days, however this is primarily based on your location. In some areas of the UK this can exceed 3-4 days in transit.

If you are unsure when your parcel is likely to arrive, we recommend checking your tracking with the courier, as they may also provide service updates within transit.

What time can I expect DPD to collect my kit?

When your quote has been confirmed, DPD will provide an hour’s time slot on the morning of the collection date, this is often between 9am-5pm

Can I change my collection date?

Yes. You can reschedule your collection directly through the courier’s tracking page linked in your confirmation email. If you need help, contact our team.

How do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel by using the unique tracking number provided by the courier. DPD will also provide a red or blue slip which will have a tracking number unique to your parcel. This can be entered here to track your parcel.

Once your parcel has been received by our team, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the next steps in processing your kit.

Can I bring my gear to an MPB warehouse myself

MPB is an online-only service, so we're unable to offer in-person drop-offs at our warehouses. Shipping must be scheduled on MPB

Do I have to use DPD?

MPB uses DPD as our primary courier for all collectionsI . An alternative courier can be used to send your kit, however this would be at your expense and risk.

How can I drop-off without printing the label?

You won’t need to print anything when selling to MPB. After arranging your drop-off quote, you’ll receive a QR code. Simply take this to a local drop-off point that accepts QR codes, where your parcel will be scanned.

Not sure if your nearest location accepts QR codes? Use the DPD Drop-off Finder and apply the ‘2D Barcode Label Printing’ filter to see eligible locations.

Can I provide instructions to the courier?

Yes, you can provide instructions on the tracking link provided by the courier.

The courier didn’t collect my kit, what now?

If your collection has failed, please contact our team so that we can re-arrange this. Our team can also let you know why the collection didn’t go ahead.
