Buying from MPB

Once you've placed an order with MPB, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

To track your parcel, simply follow the links below:

Please note: Tracking information may not be immediately available after dispatch. This is typically because the package needs to be scanned at its first depot. We recommend checking your tracking details 2–3 hours after dispatch for the most up-to-date status.

Selling, Trading or Returning to MPB

When sending your kit to MPB, you may have chosen either a home collection or a DPD drop-off. In both cases, you’ll have received a blue or red tracking receipt with your tracking number.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please remember to:

  • Keep hold of the blue or red DPD tracking receipt.

  • Take photos of your items and the parcel packaging before sending.

  • Check your tracking regularly for any important updates.

Investigation Process

If you’re concerned that your parcel may be missing in transit, get in touch with our customer experience team at sales@mpb.com. We’ll look into it right away.

If needed, we’ll open a formal investigation with the courier. This process can take up to 30 days to complete.

Please note that for security reasons, and to help speed up our verification processes, you may need to provide additional information to confirm your identity and your ownership of the item, if you are selling it to us. We will let you know what further information we will need.

For selling or returning, MPB will only be able to begin an investigation if:

  • Printed proof of drop off/collection (Red/Blue receipt) is provided

  • Evidence that the package(s) have been collected from the drop off facility or address, and tracking indicates movement into the courier network (Note: This could take 24 hours to update on the tracking).

Please note that the above is not a guarantee that a claim will be successful as further investigation will be required by our Internal Security Team.

Please see our T&C’s for further information.

Further Information

Delays in Transit

In the rare event that your parcel is delayed in transit, the courier will send you tracking updates directly. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking to reflect any changes.

If you haven’t received an update after this time, feel free to reach out to our customer support team for further assistance

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Don't worry if your delivery is missed. The courier will automatically attempt to deliver it again and you’ll get an update by email and SMS before the next attempt.

If your delivery fails again, the parcel will be returned to MPB directly and once received, a refund will be issued to your account.

If you are concerned about a failed delivery, please contact our team here

I have organised my own Courier Service - What should I do?

Using your own courier is entirely at your own risk. MPB is not liable for items sent this way.

What should I do if my parcel has been mis-delivered?

If your parcel appears to have been mis-delivered, please review your tracking information—it may include details about the delivery location.

We recommend checking in with that address to confirm whether the parcel was delivered there. If you're still unable to locate it, please contact us at Sales@mpb.com so we can begin an investigation.

How long will an investigation take?

Once an investigation is confirmed and opened with the courier, the process may take up to 30 days to complete. Our team will keep you updated every step of the way.
