How do I restart?

Reset the account and start over

❗ Important: This action cannot be undone, and we cannot restore your progress. Following all steps in this exact order ensures a complete reset.

Restarting the app

If you want to remove all data and start fresh, please follow these steps in order.

  1. Delete the app's iCloud data:
    Go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Storage → Fasting → Delete Data from iCloud.

  2. Disable the app from iCloud Backup:
    Go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup→ [your device] → Fasting → turn off the toggle.

  3. Delete the app completely:
    Press and hold the app icon on your Home Screen → Remove App → Delete App → Delete.

  4. Restart your iPhone.

  5. Reinstall from the App Store and set up from scratch. Do not restore from an iCloud backup, as this may bring old data back.

How can I restore my previously purchased subscription?

  1. Tap "Get Plus" section in the app:

    2. On the page displaying the suggested subscription plans, tap "Restore" in the top right corner:

    Once restored, all your previous subscription benefits will be reactivated automatically.
