Restarting the app
If you want to remove all data and start fresh, please follow these steps in order.
Delete the app's iCloud data:
Go to Settings β [your name] β iCloud β Storage β Calorie Counter β Delete Data from iCloud.Disable the app from iCloud Backup:
Go to Settings β [your name] β iCloud β iCloud Backupβ [your device] β Calorie Counter β turn off the toggle.Delete the app completely:
Press and hold the app icon on your Home Screen β Remove App β Delete App β Delete.Restart your iPhone.
Reinstall from the App Store and set up from scratch. Do not restore from an iCloud backup, as this may bring old data back.
How can I restore my previously purchased subscription?
If you purchased in the app:
Tap "Get Plus" section in the app:
2. On the page displaying the suggested subscription plans, tap "Restore" in the top right corner:
If you purchased online:
Go to your "Profile" in the top-left corner of the main page.
Scroll down and select "Sign in by Email".
Enter your email and tap "Sign In" to restore your subscription.
Once restored, all your previous subscription benefits will be reactivated automatically.
