How do I restart?

Resetting the account and removing all data

❗️ Important: Please note that this will clear all app data, and you will start fresh. We will not be able to restore your progress.

Restarting the app

If you want to remove app data from your iPhone device and your iCloud and start fresh, please follow the steps below.

1. Go to your "Settings", scroll down to "iCloud" and tap it:

2. Tap "Storage":

3. Choose the "Calorie Counter" app from the list.

4. Tap "Delete Data from iCloud".

5. Reinstall the app on your device.


How can I restore my previously purchased subscription?

If you purchased a subscription in the app:

  1. Tap any paid section in the app.

  2. On the subscription options page, tap "Restore" in the top-right corner.

If you purchased a subscription through our website:

  1. Go to your "Profile" in the top-left corner of the main page.

  2. Scroll down and select "Sign in by Email".

  3. Enter your email and tap "Sign In" to restore your subscription.

Once restored, all your previous subscription benefits will be reactivated automatically.
