Setting a Shipping Price

Updated this week

Follow these steps in Seller Hub. Total time: ~2 minutes.

  1. Open Business Policies

    • Seller Hub ➜ Account tab ➜ Business Policies (left sidebar).

    • If eBay asks you to opt-in to Business Policies, click Enable first, then reload.

  2. Edit the “Accelerlist Fulfillment Policy.”

    • In the Shipping section of the policies list, find Accelerlist Fulfillment Policy and click its name.

    • Hit Edit.

  3. Set the new shipping price.

    • Under Domestic Shipping, choose Flat: same cost to all buyers.

    • In Service #1, pick your shipping service (e.g., USPS Media Mail).

    • Enter the desired Cost (e.g., $3.99).

      • Free shipping? Enter 0.00.

    • (Optional) Click Add service to offer faster or international options.

  4. Apply the change to live listings.

    • At the bottom, tick “Apply changes to active listings using this policy.”

  5. Save.

    • Click SaveConfirm.

    • eBay queues a background bulk update. You’ll see a green banner, and eBay emails you when every listing is updated (usually <15 min for small inventories).

That’s it—every active listing linked to this policy now shows the new shipping price.
If you have older listings that aren’t yet attached to a Business Policy, bulk-assign them first (Seller Hub ➜ Listings → Active → EditBusiness Policies).
