Follow these steps in Seller Hub. Total time: ~2 minutes.
Open Business Policies
Seller Hub ➜ Account tab ➜ Business Policies (left sidebar).
If eBay asks you to opt-in to Business Policies, click Enable first, then reload.
Edit the “Accelerlist Fulfillment Policy.”
In the Shipping section of the policies list, find Accelerlist Fulfillment Policy and click its name.
Hit Edit.
Set the new shipping price.
Under Domestic Shipping, choose Flat: same cost to all buyers.
In Service #1, pick your shipping service (e.g., USPS Media Mail).
Enter the desired Cost (e.g., $3.99).
Free shipping? Enter 0.00.
(Optional) Click Add service to offer faster or international options.
Apply the change to live listings.
At the bottom, tick “Apply changes to active listings using this policy.”
Save.
Click Save ➜ Confirm.
eBay queues a background bulk update. You’ll see a green banner, and eBay emails you when every listing is updated (usually <15 min for small inventories).
That’s it—every active listing linked to this policy now shows the new shipping price.
If you have older listings that aren’t yet attached to a Business Policy, bulk-assign them first (Seller Hub ➜ Listings → Active → Edit ➜ Business Policies).
