📋 The 4 Setup Steps
Follow these steps in order to properly set up your eBay integration in AccelerList:
Authorize AccelerList to access your eBay account
Configure your PayPal email
Select the default AccelerList policies
Set your merchant location
Step 1: Authorize AccelerList to Access Your eBay Account
This connects your eBay seller account to AccelerList so listings can be created and managed on your behalf.
How to do it:
Go to Settings
Click the Connection → eBay tab
Click Authorize eBay
Log in to your eBay account when prompted
Click Agree / Grant Access
Confirm you see your eBay username and a success message
Step 2: Configure Your PayPal Email
This is required for eBay policy setup, even if you are using Managed Payments.
How to do it:
Go to Settings → eBay tab
Enter your PayPal email address
Click Save / Update
Confirm you see a success message
ℹ️ Note: If you don’t use PayPal, you can enter your primary eBay account email instead.
Step 3: Select the Default AccelerList Policies
AccelerList provides pre-configured policies to help you get started quickly.
Select the following:
Fulfillment Policy: AccelerList Fulfillment Policy
Payment Policy: AccelerList Payment Policy
Return Policy: AccelerList Return Policy
💡 Tip: Wait for the “Updated successfully” message after each selection before moving on.
Step 4: Set Your Merchant Location
This is your shipping origin address required for all eBay listings.
How to do it:
Go to Settings → eBay tab
Find Merchant Location
Select the default option (usually AccelerList-Warehouse-1)
Wait for the “Updated successfully” message
Create Your First eBay Listing
Once setup is complete, you’re ready to list your first item.
Steps:
Go to your Inventory
Select an item
Click List on eBay or the eBay icon
Review the listing details (title, price, category)
Click Publish to eBay / Create Listing
You should see a “Listing created successfully” message.
