How to Change the Box Contents Submission Method
There are two main ways that you can choose the box contents method:
When you create a new batch
Within an existing batch, BEFORE you submitted/finalized the box contents information
Option 1: New Batch
When you create a new batch, make sure that you’ve selected “FBA” as the channel. A dropdown for Box Contents Method should appear.
Option 2: Existing Batch
Within an existing batch, you can also easily swap between the two methods.
Keep in mind that switching is disabled once you’ve submitted box contents information.
