eBay Business Policies are reusable templates that define your shipping, payment, and return settings. These must be created and managed directly inside eBay Seller Hub, then selected in AccelerList.
📦 The 3 Types of Business Policies

✅ Option A: Using Your Existing Policies
If you already have policies set up in eBay:
Go to AccelerList → Settings → eBay Settings
Under:
Fulfillment
Payment
Return
select your existing policy names from the dropdown
Wait for the “Updated successfully” confirmation
🆕 Option B: Creating New Custom Policies
Step 1: Create Policies in eBay
Go to eBay Seller Hub → Account → Business Policies
Click “Create policy”
Choose:
Shipping (Fulfillment)
Payment
Return
Fill out required fields (see checklist below)
Click Save
Step 2: Select Policies in AccelerList
Go to AccelerList → Settings → eBay Settings
Refresh the page
Select your newly created policies from the dropdowns
Wait for “Updated successfully”
📋 Policy Content Checklist (Updated for eBay)
Make sure your policies include all required fields:
Fulfillment (Shipping)
✅ Handling time (1–3 business days recommended)
✅ At least one shipping service (e.g., USPS Media Mail)
✅ Shipping cost (can be $0.00 for free shipping)
✅ Ship-to locations (e.g., United States or International)
Payment (Updated)
✅ Managed Payments enabled (default for all eBay sellers)
✅ Immediate payment required (recommended)
⚠️ Note:
PayPal is no longer required—eBay now processes all payments directly.
Return
✅ Returns accepted (Yes/No)
✅ Return window (e.g., 30 days)
✅ Refund method (e.g., Money Back)
✅ Return shipping responsibility (Buyer/Seller)
📍 Merchant Location Customization
Your Merchant Location is your shipping origin. AccelerList creates one by default, but you can customize it.
Using a Different Location
Go to eBay Seller Hub → Inventory → Locations
Click “Create location”
Enter:
Address
Name (e.g., “Texas Warehouse”)
Save
Then:
Go to AccelerList → Settings → eBay Settings
Select your new location from the Merchant Location dropdown

Buyers will only see:
City
State
Country
