How to Manage Existing Condition Notes

This section explains how to view, organize, edit, and delete your saved condition notes so you can manage them easily and keep your listing notes consistent.

The right side of the page shows your saved notes under Manage Condition Notes.


Default Note Category

Field: Default Note Category

This dropdown lets you choose which category should be pre-selected when you open a new batch.

Example shown:

  • None (show all)

Why this matters:

If you usually list within one category, setting a default can save time.

What to do:

Select your preferred default category, or leave it as None to show all notes.


Category Filter

Field: All Categories

This dropdown lets you filter your saved condition notes by category.

What to do:

Choose a specific category if you only want to view notes from that category.


Sub-Category Filter

Field: All (Sub Category)

This dropdown lets you filter notes by sub-category.

What to do:

Choose a sub-category if you want to narrow your list further.


Saved Condition Note Cards

Each saved note appears as a card on the right side.

Example shown:

  • Used-Good

  • test

Each card displays the note nickname and includes action icons.


Edit Icon

Use the edit icon to update an existing condition note.

What to do:

Click the pencil/edit icon, make your changes, and save the updated note.


Delete Icon

Use the trash/delete icon to remove a saved note.

What to do:

Click the trash icon if you no longer need that condition note.
