The Preset tab lets you set default values like condition, price limits, and notes so you can scan items faster and keep your listings consistent.

Overview

The Preset tab allows you to set default values for your listings, helping you scan faster and keep your data consistent across all items in a batch.

Condition

Select the default condition for your items.
Options include:

  • New (N)

  • Like New (LN)

  • Very Good (VG)

  • Good (G)

  • Acceptable (A)

  • Reject (R)

  • Custom conditions (C-LN, C-VG, etc.)

Quantity

Sets the default quantity per item.

  • Example: Enter 1 if you are listing single items.

Buy Cost

Enter your default cost per item.

  • Used to calculate profit and ROI

  • Can be adjusted per item if needed
    ​


Source

Choose where the item was sourced from (e.g., thrift store, supplier).

  • Helps with tracking and reporting
    ​


Listed By

Assign the listing to a specific user or team member.

  • Useful for tracking productivity in team environments
    ​


Condition Notes

Add predefined notes to describe item condition.

Available Notes Include:

  • Bumped corners

  • Writing

  • Water damage

  • Yellowed pages

  • Disc scratches

  • And more

You can also:

  • Select multiple notes

  • Add a Default Note for custom descriptions

Additional Presets

Min Price

Sets the lowest allowed price when pricing rules are applied

Max Price

Sets the maximum price cap for listings

Tax Code

Select a default tax category (e.g., A_GEN_TAX)

Date Purchased

Track when the item was sourced

Exp Date

Used for items with expiration dates (if applicable)
