Overview

The Workflow tab controls how your items are processed during scanning and listing. It allows you to automate SKU creation, pricing rules, listing behavior, and research settings to make your workflow faster and more efficient.

πŸ”Ή SKU Settings

Use/Edit Custom SKU Template

Choose whether to use a custom SKU format.

  • Yes – Enables automatic SKU generation based on your template

  • No – Uses default system-generated SKUs

πŸ‘‰ Recommended: Turn this ON if you want consistent and trackable SKUs.

SKU Number

Defines the starting number for your SKU sequence.

  • Example: If set to 7, your next item will use that sequence

πŸ‘‰ Tip: Use this to continue numbering from previous batches.

πŸ”Ή List Price Rule

List Price Rule

Determines how your item price is set automatically.

  • Example shown: Match Buy Box Price
πŸ‘‰ This will price your item based on the current Amazon Buy Box.

Price When Data is Unavailable

Fallback price when no pricing data is found.

  • Example: $0 (not recommended for live listings)

πŸ‘‰ Best Practice: Set a safe minimum price to avoid listing at $0.

Pick Secondary Price Rule

Optional backup pricing rule if the main rule fails.

  • Example: Match lowest FBA price, fixed price, etc.

πŸ‘‰ Helps prevent pricing errors when primary data is missing.

πŸ”Ή Listing

Pricing Options (Toggle ON/OFF)

  • When ON, pricing rules are automatically applied during scanning

  • When OFF, you must manually enter prices

Grading Options (Toggle ON/OFF)

  • When ON, condition grading is required before listing

  • Helps ensure accurate item condition

πŸ”Ή Research

Auto Populate Research in New Tab

You can enable automatic research for:

  • Amazon (A icon)

  • eBay (eBay icon)

When turned ON:

  • Opens a new tab with product research data while scanning

πŸ‘‰ Useful for checking comps and pricing quickly

πŸ‘‰ In the screenshot, both are currently OFF.

πŸ”Ή Box Contents

This setting controls how your box content is submitted to Amazon when creating FBA shipments.

You can choose between:

  • API (Recommended)
Automatically sends box content details directly to Amazon. This is the fastest and easiest option, with no manual input required.

  • 2D Barcodes
Requires printing and scanning 2D barcodes for each box. This is typically used if you prefer a manual workflow or need physical tracking during packing.

πŸ‘‰ Recommended Setup: Select API for a smoother and more automated shipment process.
