If your labels are printing off-center, cut off, or too small, itβs usually caused by incorrect label size, scaling, or calibration settings. Since smaller labels are more sensitive to alignment, itβs important to configure both your printer and print settings correctly. Follow the steps below to ensure your Rollo printer prints SKU labels accurately every time.
β Step-by-Step Fix
1. Set Correct Label Size (CRITICAL)
Go to Control Panel β Devices and Printers
Right-click Rollo Printer β Printing Preferences
Set:
π If this is wrong, margins will ALWAYS be off
2. Disable Scaling
In Chrome / print preview:
Set:
Scale = 100%
Turn OFF:
β Fit to page
β Shrink to fit
3. Set Margins to None
4. Calibrate the Printer (VERY IMPORTANT for small labels)
Turn printer OFF
Hold the top button
Turn it ON while holding
Release after ~5 seconds
π This helps Rollo detect smaller label gaps properly
5. Fine Tune (if still slightly off)
Inside Printing Preferences β Advanced / Options:
Adjust:
Horizontal Offset (X): Β±2β5 mm
Vertical Offset (Y): Β±2β5 mm
β οΈ Common Issues (2.25 x 1.25 Labels)

Barcode too small | Scaling issue | Set 100% |
Print shifted up/down | Not calibrated | Recalibrate |
Left/right cut off | Wrong width | Set 2.25 exactly |

π‘ Pro Tip (AccelerList)
Make sure:
AccelerList label = 2.25 x 1.25
Printer = 2.25 x 1.25
π Both MUST match exactly for perfect alignment
