1. Open your Rollo printer settings in Windows
Go to Settings on your Windows computer.
Click Bluetooth & devices.
Click Printers & scanners.
Select your Rollo Printer.
2. Open Printer Properties
On the Rollo Printer page, click Printer properties.
This will open the Rollo Printer Properties window.
3. Confirm the paper size in printer properties
In the General tab, review the printer details.
Make sure the available paper size includes 57 x 32 mm, which matches the 30334 label size.
4. Open Printing Preferences
From the printer page, click Printing preferences.
Check the orientation and basic print settings if needed.
5. Open the Advanced printer settings
In the printer settings window, click Advanced.
Under Paper/Output, locate Paper Size.
6. Set the paper size to 57 x 32 mm
7. Save the Windows printer settings
Click OK to save the advanced settings.
Click Apply if shown.
Click OK again to close the window.
8. Open printer settings in AccelerList
Log in to AccelerList.
Go to Settings.
Click the Printer tab.
Under SKU + FNSKU Labels, configure the following:
9. Save your changes in AccelerList
Click Save Changes.
10. Confirm QZ Tray is connected
In the QZ Tray Connection section, make sure it shows:
Connected & Ready
11. Print a test label
Click Print Test Label to verify that the label prints correctly and aligns properly.
Important note
If the label does not align correctly, double-check that:
Windows printer Paper Size is set to 57 x 32 mm
AccelerList Label Type is set to Dymo 30334 | 1.25 x 2.25
The printer driver config is set to Rollo 203dpi
