If you are using a Rollo printer on Mac, especially after macOS updates, some label sizes may not appear correctly in system settings. This guide shows how to configure your printer using CUPS and match it with the correct AccelerList settings.
1. Install QZ Tray (Required)
Before setting up your printer in AccelerList, make sure QZ Tray is installed and running.

2. Configure Printer Settings in AccelerList
Before setting up CUPS, make sure your AccelerList settings match the following:
Go to:
Settings → Printer → SKU + FNSKU Labels
Set:
Active Printer: Rollo Printer
Printer Driver Config: Rollo 203dpi
Orientation: Portrait
Label Type: Dymo 30334 | 1.25 x 2.25
✅ Click Save Changes
3. Open Terminal
4. Enable the CUPS Web Interface
In Terminal, enter:
sudo cupsctl WebInterface=yes
5. Open the CUPS Printer Page
Open your web browser
Go to: http://localhost:631
6. Select Your Rollo Printer
Click the Printers tab
Select your Rollo printer from the list
7. Configure Printer Options
Set the following:
Media Size / Paper Size: Match your label (e.g., 30334 or custom 1.25" x 2.25)
Media Type: Labels
Ensure orientation is correct (Portrait)
8. Save the Settings
9. Verify Printer Setup
Go to System Settings / System Preferences
Open Printers & Scanners
Confirm your Rollo printer shows as “Ready”
10. Test Print in AccelerList
Go back to AccelerList
Click Print Test Label
Confirm the label prints correctly and aligns properly
