Rollo Printer Setup for Windows (MF Ticketing Labels)

This guide will help you properly set up your Rollo printer on Windows for MF Location Ticket printing in AccelerList.

Updated this week

Since MF ticketing uses specific label formats (continuous or 4x6), it’s important that both your Windows printer settings and AccelerList settings are aligned. Following the steps below will ensure your labels print clearly, align correctly, and avoid common printing issues.

1. Install and Run QZ Tray (Required)

Before setting up your printer, make sure QZ Tray is installed and running.

QZ Tray is required for AccelerList to communicate with your printer.

  • Install QZ Tray

  • Open it and confirm it is running (system tray near the clock)

2. Open Your Rollo Printer Settings in Windows

  • Go to Settings

  • Click Bluetooth & devices

  • Click Printers & scanners

  • Select your Rollo Printer

3. Open Printer Properties

  • Click Printer properties

  • This will open the printer settings window

4. Open Printing Preferences

  • Click Printing preferences

  • Review orientation and general settings

5. Open Advanced Printer Settings

  • Click Advanced

  • Locate Paper/Output β†’ Paper Size

6. Set the Correct Paper Size

Depending on the label you are using:

βœ… Supported MF Ticketing Labels:

  • 30270 Continuous Labels

  • 4x6 (UPS Labels) β€” as long as properly calibrated

If using continuous labels:

⚠️ You must set:

  • Label Type: Continuous Wide (in printer preferences)

This is required to ensure proper alignment and continuous printing.

7. Save Printer Settings

  • Click OK

  • Click Apply (if available)

  • Click OK again

8. Configure Printer Settings in AccelerList

Log in to AccelerList and go to:

Settings β†’ Printer β†’ MF Location Tickets

Set the following:

  • Active Printer: Rollo Printer

  • Printer Driver Config: Rollo 203dpi

  • Orientation: Portrait

βœ… Click Save Changes

9. Confirm QZ Tray Connection

Make sure QZ Tray shows:

βœ… Connected & Ready

10. Print a Test Label

  • Click Print Test Label

  • Confirm:

    • Proper alignment

    • Correct size

    • Clean print output

Important Notes ⚠️

If labels are not printing correctly, double-check:

  • Printer is using the correct label size

  • Continuous Wide is enabled (for continuous labels)

  • Labels are properly calibrated on the printer

  • AccelerList settings match your printer setup

  • QZ Tray is running and connected

Quick Reminder βœ…

For best results:

  • Use 30270 Continuous Labels or 4x6 labels

  • Enable Continuous Wide for continuous labels

  • Ensure printer is properly calibrated

  • Use Rollo 203dpi driver config

  • Make sure QZ Tray is installed and running

If everything is set correctly, your MF Location Tickets should print smoothly and consistently πŸ‘
