Since MF ticketing uses specific label formats (continuous or 4x6), itβs important that both your Windows printer settings and AccelerList settings are aligned. Following the steps below will ensure your labels print clearly, align correctly, and avoid common printing issues.
1. Install and Run QZ Tray (Required)
Before setting up your printer, make sure QZ Tray is installed and running.
QZ Tray is required for AccelerList to communicate with your printer.
Install QZ Tray
Open it and confirm it is running (system tray near the clock)
2. Open Your Rollo Printer Settings in Windows
Go to Settings
Click Bluetooth & devices
Click Printers & scanners
Select your Rollo Printer
3. Open Printer Properties
Click Printer properties
This will open the printer settings window
4. Open Printing Preferences
Click Printing preferences
Review orientation and general settings
5. Open Advanced Printer Settings
6. Set the Correct Paper Size
Depending on the label you are using:
β Supported MF Ticketing Labels:
30270 Continuous Labels
4x6 (UPS Labels) β as long as properly calibrated
If using continuous labels:
β οΈ You must set:
Label Type: Continuous Wide (in printer preferences)
This is required to ensure proper alignment and continuous printing.
7. Save Printer Settings
Click OK
Click Apply (if available)
Click OK again
8. Configure Printer Settings in AccelerList
Log in to AccelerList and go to:
Settings β Printer β MF Location Tickets
Set the following:
β Click Save Changes
9. Confirm QZ Tray Connection
Make sure QZ Tray shows:
β Connected & Ready
10. Print a Test Label
Click Print Test Label
Confirm:
Proper alignment
Correct size
Clean print output
Important Notes β οΈ
If labels are not printing correctly, double-check:
Printer is using the correct label size
Continuous Wide is enabled (for continuous labels)
Labels are properly calibrated on the printer
AccelerList settings match your printer setup
QZ Tray is running and connected
