Update Your eBay Shipping Price (Business Policies)

This guide shows how to quickly update your eBay shipping price using Business Policies and apply the changes to your active listings.

Follow these steps in eBay Seller Hub to quickly update your shipping price across your listings.


Steps:

1. Open Business Policies

  • Go to Seller Hub → Account → Business Policies (left sidebar)

  • If prompted, click Enable and reload the page


2. Edit Your Shipping Policy

  • Under Shipping Policies, find “AccelerList Fulfillment Policy”

  • Click the policy name, then click Edit


3. Set Your Shipping Price

  • Under Domestic Shipping, select Flat (same cost to all buyers)

  • Choose your shipping service (e.g., USPS Media Mail)

  • Enter your desired shipping cost (e.g., $3.99)

    • For free shipping, enter 0.00

  • (Optional) Click Add service to include faster or international options


4. Apply Changes to Active Listings

  • Scroll down and check “Apply changes to active listings using this policy”


5. Save Your Changes

  • Click Save → Confirm

eBay will process the update in the background. You’ll see a confirmation message, and your listings will update shortly (usually within a few minutes).


Important Note:

If some older listings aren’t using a Business Policy yet, you’ll need to assign one first:

  • Go to Seller Hub → Listings → Active → Edit → Business Policies
